the locaton was excellent
We were not happy about the late check in fee! We arrived at the key collection point at exactly 23:04, I know the exact time as I made a call at this time to the representive to let him know we were waiting outside. It seems very unreasonable that because we were 4 minutes over 23:00 we were charged!
